New throne ;)
So I got a new seat for the Max, after so many years of sliding around in the stock seat at track events I said- this is the year I am going to ditch the OEM seats.
Legacy LG1 - formerly known as Legacy, suede, standard width (they make a wider one for fatty people, somehow I fit the normal seat) with Corbeau Maxima slider/bracket. Stock seat belt buckle bolts up to the seat bracket. I run a 4 point Sparco harness when I race, but I use OEM seat belt on the street.
Picture isn't the best because I snapped it with my phone.
Friend of mine owns a Porsche/Audi/VW performance shop and is a Corbeau dealer. I got to sit in all the seats and this was hands down the most comfy seat of all- including Recaro, Sparco, Momo.
I'm getting the pass seat to go along with it soon.

You should have got it hear. Looks cheaper.
Nice choice. How was mounting the seat? Was it custom?

I know I seen the seat for cheaper online, but I didn't want to buy a seat w/o sitting in it. Originally I wanted a Targa RS, but after sitting in it- it felt cheap, and didn't have good support like the LG1.
Seat mounting was simple, take the 4 14mm bolts out - take the OEM seat out and disconnect the seat belt buckle plug. Take the buckle off the OEM seat and put it on the Corbeau bracket. Remove the 4 bolts from bottom off the LG1, install em through the Corbeau sliders. Mount the seat in the car, done.
My car didn't have power seats to begin with so it was a simple transition. My OEM seat is in A++ shape even after 180K miles, I kept it in a safe storage environment just in case I get tired of the racing seat. Its not a good seat when wearing multiple layers of clothing or a winter jacket.
Car feels excellent thou, like some people said it - big 4 door gokart.

i hate the stock seats made for fat people...sucks worse with leather. autocrossing is terrible!!
im getting these when i get home http://www.sparcostitched.com
customize FTW
I don't like airbags, so that steering wheel is perforated leather and suede/alcantera - Sparco.
My friend has a shop with alot of diff seats, and this one felt really nice on me.
Stock seats are very comfy, but they are so unsupportive its not even funny. I have tried G-Locks on the OEM seat belt, and racing harness.... still didn't feel like I was getting the best hold in the seat. Now I can toss the car into the corner like I was never able before, and NOT get tossed out from behind the wheel.

Do you want to sell the G-Locks?
