I have tried searching the forums with no luck on my question, so i think its safe for me to start this thread, although i can tell this wont live long with the whole injen vs everything else b/s will come sooner or later. (please no injen talk, im talking about REAL CAI)

my question is the Cattman CAI... is it a good investment for what it's worth or is it a pos.....?

if not a POS... would replacing the monster flow air filter with a K&N or apexi make a positive difference or negative?

also which would help out with top end power... a short ram or a CAI... ??

You are about a few years too slow. PR has been out of business and CM does not sell PR intakes anymore.

i had an original pr cold air intake installed and yes u do feel the difference. i took it off because i was stressing out everytime it rain alot worrying about water being sucked up.. switching out filter i really dont know i always had the monster on it. now i just took off the bottome piping and transformed it to a wai. so the filter is sitting in the engine bay.

 

PR and Cattman are the same intake. Yes it works, No you won't get more than 3hp w/o exhaust mods + tuning, Monsterflow is Garbage, and Thats all folks.
