Few Questions, =)

Hey yawl few questions. Ive searched, studied, contemplated, and learned alot, but am reaching out for "org" help. Trying to order suspension parts, from a GD w/free shippin. But still contemplating.

1. Is $479 "shipped" for 03 Tokico Illuminas a generally low price? Any one find em any cheaper?
A. Would HP Blues Suit my needs for comfort as my sole goal?
B. Is "Setting 3"(illuminas) a average setting everyone uses anyway?
I just want something to match/blend with H&Rs nicely. Though
adjustable settings are nice, as long as i get a comfortable ride i
would be happy with Blues $150 dollars less ($326). Will i regret not
getting adjustables?

2. I have to pay for a shop to install my suspension work, one nice pro is that they include alignment with the install. Now my main question is Bumbstops? In general will I be ok leaving them alone and not pay for the extra time? Considering my mild drop I can see it not being too much to "worry about".
A.I know all pro/cons with lowering vehicles in general, but if cutting
bumbstops will change any of that i would like to know the better route
to go? Ive read many opinions and both views appear to not hurt/help in
anyway?
B. What exactly happens with keeping this bumpstops alone on a lowered
vehicle?

I appreciate everyones input greatly. If it wasnt for guys, I would be clueless.

check the bumpstop thread for specs on cutting

ilums will give you a range of confort because they are adjustable

1- ebay has them cheaper...430 shipped I believe
a- blues are an OEM replacement but are stiffer...so you may not get the comfort your looking for
I have my illuminas on H&Rs set at 2 all around and I love it. GET ILLUMINAS!

2- for a mild drop like H&Rs cutting the bumpstops is not really needed so dw. I did not cut mine and its just fine

read the stickies for more info

Greatly appreciated, Thank you.
The bumpstop thread...didnt really give me clear answers or cutting specs , let alone clear opinions on the matter.

Did you try performancepeddler.com to see if they sell the illuminas cheaper. I have an 00 and I bought my illuminas from these guys. They were very helpful and they even gave org members a discount. I got the best price from them. You just have to log in with the mechant code "maxima" to get the discounts.

The last time I dealt with them...they even matched or beat the prices of their competitors...not sure if they still do that but it doesn't hurt to call and ask.

i got mine from performance peddler a couple months ago. All 4 cost $430 shipped, they offered free shipping. be sure to use the discount code of "maxima" as Maximized2000 stated. I figure i would state i got mine from the same place as to further help your decision.

Damn $430? I'll have to look into them... Shox.com has them for $469 with free ship, and they sell Eibachs for $214.40
