I just put all 3 on today. You remove the old pads, then the clutch (if you have one) and brake are just covers that slip over the existing square. The gas pedal is the whole gas pedal assembly unit. It's real easy but you need to make sure you order the whole assembly. I paid $32 bucks for the unit itself. And ?? for the clutch/brake.

Later built 2k's are different than early built ones.
You can check by using a mirror or removing the original plastic gas pedal piece to look at the lever arm. If the end of the lever arm is only in the shape of an "L" then you can just replace pedal only. If the lever arm has an extra metal piece, used to support the plastic pedal when depressed, then you either have to replace the entire gas pedal assembly or hacksaw that metal piece.
If you do a pedal only swap, the new pedal fit is a bit loose so you need to find something to make the arm thicker...either a form of adhesive, tape, or some form of heat shrink to wrap around the metal.
