Well after waiting 3 weeks for an out of stock stb it arrived today.

I was all excited about installing it and testing on some curvy roads; well that didn't happen cause the sent me the wrong part. I called them up and they asked if the brackets were black or red; mine were black. Apparently they have had problems with those.

REFUND!

Problems happen to even the best companies. The people are only human, they can make mistakes. How are they taking care of you?

you're trying to put a 4th gen bar on a 5th gen. all you need to do is eliminate the metal piece or modify the bracket on the strut tower bar. i was cheap, so i chose to eliminate the metal piece. the bracket that hooks up to that metal piece is gone once you install an intake anyways, so if u dont wanna go through the hassle of sending it back, you can try the ghetto way.

I friggen hate courtesy, I was ordering floor mats and they said the prices on their site reflect the 20% discount, so I went ahead and ordered. I went to my local nissan and their prices were same as the *discounted* courtesy prices - 20% since i claimed i was a dealer, I bought the mats at middletown nissan and i called up courtesy and i told them to suck my $*&$(8 if their gonna give me ****ty prices, and mean service people who take orders, phew...

So wait .. they make a mistake, like everyone does from time to time, you call them on it and they cheerfully offer to refund your money. Doesn't sound too bad to me.

They've always been good to me.

The refund was part was asked by me; they wanted me to wait a month or so for the other strut bar to come in.

So what did you all use to remove that metal piece anyways?

I only ordered one thing from Courtesy Nissan (FSTB) and my experience was OK. But for OEM parts, I ALWAYS go to David Burnette. He's earned my respect and my loyalty, and I'd do business with him even if his prices are slightly higher than Courtesy's.

Dave's located at Maxwell's Town North Nissan. You can reach him at 800-251-7278.
