the sticky says avalon but they are not on their site (I'll send them email). Where else do you get them and how much?

Avalon carries Goodridge SS lines. SMC (don't know their site) might make them for the Max also.

i've checked a few sites. but applications usually stop at 98.. so i'm not sure what happens to us 5th gen ppl.. i want smc lines..
