5.5 gen 4 speed > 6th gen 5 speed auto swap

Has anyone succeeded or attempted to swap a 5.5 gen 4 speed with a 6th gen 5 speed auto. if there is a thread for this could you post it or if there are any problems let me know thanks.

if you're going to swap trannys, swap into a 6MT, ftw.....

i was thinking about that....but i dont know how to drive one yet....vqmonster has been teaching me....but im not ready for one yet

The only real way to learn is to actually drive one as your daily driver. I'm not sure anyone I know was actually "ready" to drive one when they started...

I mean, I remember a few stoplight-stalls in my first standard tranny car
