VQ35DE A/C problems

I have a fully swapped 3.5 in my 97 Maxima. On friday, I had an AC problem maybe someone with more Gen 5.5 knowledge can clue me in on.

So, full 3.5 swap with Gen 5.5 ECU from an 04 I35, A/C system in Maxima is manual control with the A32 compressor. So, the AC sig runs to the ECU, and the ECU has an ACRLY output that in my car goes thru the triple pressure switch (not on Gen 5.5) then to the AC relay>compressor clutch.

Here's the problem: Last friday I went full throttle past someone on the freeway. At that moment my low fuel light came on and the "DTE" indication in my trip computer started flashing. Within a minute I realized that my AC was muggy and getting warmer. I was low on gas, so as I drove to the nearest gas station I noticed the AC was not working anymore (warmer, moister AC). Before shutting off the car, I noticed my compressor clutch was disengaged. So, I shut her off, restarted it and the AC clutch engaged and blew cold air again. Shut it off again, put gas in (filled up on 92 octane) and drove 40 miles home with the AC on with no problems.

So, I think I have one of 3 problems:
1: Does the Gen 5.5 ECU cut the AC when the fuel is low? I know the ECU looks at the fuel signal.
2: How about low fuel AND the KS sensing excessive pinging (I was running the last of the 87 oct out from my old VQ30DE and she would ping occasionally)?
3:Wiring issue I did not see during my swap? All my connections are soldered and heatshrinked, they are perfect but I doubt where I ran all my wires is 100% perfect.

I really can't find anything in the FSM that mentions why the ECU would cut ACRLY output. I DO KNOW that they say the V6 compressor in the 5.5Gen is variable displacement and does not need to turn off at high revs, it is self regulating for input speeds. maybe my A32 compressor did not get shut off during my high rpm passing and it overpressured? Any thoughts?
