Power supply to lights cut off

I brought my car to Best Buy today to have my current Sirius uninstalled and a replacement reinstalled. I also had an FM modulator installed as well. When I got the car back, the technician said he ripped the old wires that had originally been supplying power to the Sirius unit.

My brother took the car to work tonight and he called me on the way home and said none of the lights inside the dash were lighting up. I checked the car when he got home and my sidemarker, parking lights and tail lights are all out. Brake lights, headlights and foglights are fine. I have a volunteer event for work tomorrow and I'm not sure how long it will last and I obviously can't drive it at night with no tail lights . I'm not sure if BB Mobile installation is even open tomorrow. Any suggestions on where to look to see if he cut a wire? Thanks.

Check the fuses in the fuse box closest to the drivers side headlight. I had the same problem happen to me, while driving at night, and it was a blown fuse.
