anyone have the template? i didnt get one... i need one for friday... does anyone have theres? if yes and you dont need it can you please overnight it to me? i will give u my UPS shipping info so u would ship to me on my expense... and if anything maybe someone can make a photocopy and fax it over to me? i need it by friday morning... hopefully someone in nyc/l.i. area has one so i could use it... thanks
