Oscai and Prcai

PRCAI requires a hole to be drill in the fender and OSCAI doesn't? am I correct. I know that cattam and Avalon sells the PRCAI, who sells the OSCAI?? According to ppl, the OSCAI sounds better than the cone intake. I want to change my stillen intake to OSCAI. Any opinions?

Warranty issues . . .
One other thing. The OSCAI won't void your warranty. The PRCAI might. If you screw up your intake with a PRCAI and reinstall your stock airbox before taking your car in for warranty repairs, you're going to have a really hard time explaining away the gaping hole in your fender!
