Im wondering if anyone has gone the route of Hella replacement for the headlights. I know they exist, but I cannot find any information on the Hella sight. If anyone has had either good or bad experience, let me know. If you had a good experience, give me a heads on where on-line I can find them. I thank you had ahead of time.

Hella????

Why would you go that route......try PIAA, Raybud?, or Catz.....and you can try www.autobulbdepot.com for a discount. Each brand has many followers and believers.

Are these PIAAs good?

And also, I didn't find installation instructions for installing bulbs in the "How to" sticky...can someone post how to do it?

Paste doesn't seem to work....none the less here is the rundown:

PIAA Xtreme= Very White w/ little blue hint
Plasmas= Purple, not as bright as regular headlamps
Platniums= clear in color and normal bright, 100% legal
Super Whites= bright white w/ hint of yellow (close to reg)
Super-Ion=lemon coloring, nice as side markers or fogs only

Install is simple:

pop hood
pull spongy dust cap of headlamp holder
move silver spring from locked area (squeeze two ends)
remove bulb and replace

look into your manual as needed. Foglamps are another story and quite longwinded....use search above as needed.

check www.autobulbdepot.com as I buy most everything from them. I also bought from www.autosupermart.com and they price match anybody. You may also want to check out Ebay as someone was selling bulbs last week. H4 (headlamps), H3 (foglamps)
