We all know that the stock SE comes with Tokico struts. I want to know if they are the performance type or just like the OEM ones.

If you own a SE, can you share your experience of how they feel now? Did they loose their damping rates? How long have you had them? Do they still have life in them?

Thanks!

The stock SE shocks are not the same as the higher performing Tokico Blues. They are Tokicos though, just the OEM model.

I've got the Tokico Performance shocks. I upgraded to these at the same time I installed H&R springs. So, my experience is not pertinent to just the Tokico's. I noticed a vast improvement of the ride and handling. I believe these shocks are better than stock. I did have one go bad after some spirited driving, though, after only a few months. I've had the shocks on maybe 7 months.
