I need some advice from those who have gone before me.

Mods I am going to do:

Stillen FSTB & RSB - No advice needed here.

Exhaust, Headers (Y pipe too ?) - Which brand is best ? What does this do to emission testing ?

I put in a K&N drop-in and noticed an immediate difference, is it worth going to the filter charger ? The stock air box looks pretty free flowing.

I think that's it until I wear out the stock tires & upgrade those. I don't think I'm going to get into the struts & springs yet.

for the exhaust upgrades, definitly, the y-pipe is the way to go. If you are driving in harsh conditions (rain, snow, etc) then go with the Cattman pipe since it is stainless steel. Otherwise, the Stillen pipe will be just fine. As long as your car is warmed up fully and you have the main cat there when you do the emissions test, you should pass. If you already have the K&N drop-in, try the OSCAI.... it will only cost you an additional $25 or so
