New AutoWeek has the scoop, but no performance numbers, damn.
New V-6 with 220 hp., CVT trans. constantly variable automatic trans. which is state of the art.
No prices either, but seems like a good replacement for those fed up with the Maximas many short comings, though at a price no doubt.
I'll be waiting for a test drive this Oct.

I may have a mint cond. grey lustre/frost leather 2k SE with about 9,500 miles for sale this fall. All options except heated seats/mirrors and side air bags. Also tinted windows and K & N panel filter. I'm thinking about $22,500 or what Kelly blue Book says for the car with my mileage.

Keep me in mind potential buyers. I'll give you my e-mail address if you e-mail me.

I have a subscription to AutoWeek and I must asay, I like the Audi. I test drove an A4 Quattro about a year and a half ago and that was one sweet *** ride.

As far as selling your car, you have to remember that a 2001 Max SE will sell for around $18,500 - $20,000 once the 02 hits the floor.

the CVT tranny is only available on FrontTrak (FWD) models only. If you want Quattro then you still get the 5-spd or the Tiptronic.
