Yeah it'll work.. I've got an eclipse 5504 and 6 disk in dash changer...

you can get a dash kit for it from http://www.scosche.com... if you hu's faceplate moves you'll have to do some doctoring on the sides to get everything to move smoothly....

Does the dask kit look good installed? Do you have any pics? I am going to buy a 5th Gen and I want to know what all I can do to it before I drop the cash down.

I don't at the moment.. I can post some later on I think.. I had to remove my changer tho.. It's riding on a UPS truck back to eclipse... it got sick ...

The kit looks good though.. it doesn't match the contour absolutely perfectly, but if you've got some other dash kit it looks pretty good... I've got the carbon fiber dash kit and my wife hates it with a passion.. it may have grown on her by now..

The kit is cheap too.. it's like 20$..
I'll try and get some pics on by next week (I'm out of town this week)
