I have almost 19,000 miles on my car. Is it too late to switch to synthetic oil? And is it also too late to switch my manual transmission fluid to synthetic? I was thinking redline for the transmission, and mobil 1 for engine? sound ok to you guys? what weight would I want since I live in New Hampshire in the school year, and Pennsylvania during the summer. Thanks for any help.

1) No
2) Reline is fine.
3) Mobil 1 is excellent oil
4) 5W-30(winter or all the time) or 10w-30 for summer or all the time.

Wow talk about a quick response

Ok thanks for the help. The redline I want is which one again? MT30? ugh, I can't remember now. But it'll be ok for winter right (sorry about the stupidity of this. I'm synthetic-fluid-for m/t and for engine-inclined)
