was just wondering this...

put together a oscai (stock scoop and bottom hose) and use it with a cone filter instead of the stock filter box...

wouldnt this draw in some 'more' cool air to the cone filter? or is it overkill b/c theirs alot of air in their already when driving fast?

OSCAI 3.0?
if u decided to put a cone filter...u have to seal the front air scoop or dirty air will go straight to ur engine.

Uh, why? The air is just as dirty as the air in your engine bay already.

I thought he is going to take out the panel filter and put on a cone filter on the end of oscai. In that case, I would seal the scoop or the outside air will go into the engine, unfiltered.

No, the cone filter would sit in the bottom the stock air box, and the cone filter is attached to the engine.
