Sounds good, but a few questions... It says that registration fee is $300(could be spent on mods) and there has to be at least 2 persons in car registered. Is that $300 per person or car? Also it says that you have to obey all highway rules and regulations , does that include the speed limit? If so thats a waste of time and money.

 

That sounds fun as hell. i would do it in a heartbeat if i was near la. yeah it costs $300, but i think its totally worth it. not many people can say they did something like that... even if you dont win, it'll be fun.
