Eortiz, I had the black ones but just sold them. They didn't look so hot on a white car, but the styling was pretty nice just to have them on there. It changed the contours of the car. When I got the AE kit, I put on the pre-painted ones and they look good. I don't have any pics yet though.

They sell Nissan and Subaru parts (wife has a Forester), along with others. They are actual dealers, with the same parts, but cheaper. If a part is not listed on the site, call their 800 number - I saved something like $30 on a set of Icelandic Pearl splash guards (which match the vehicle pretty closely, btw).

I've found this dealer site to be much cheaper, as well as reputable.

The painted ones were like 88 or 92 dollars for all four (you have to order a front and rear set). The local dealer was like 120.

The rear ones are a bit more hair-raising because you have to drill the bumper. However, it's fairly fool-proof: you just just the drill bit sizes that they say and use the "dimples" that are already on the bumper/fender well to drill into. I was scared at first, just knowing I'd screw it up, but it was about a 45 minute job (for all 4), and went just like the instructions said.
Don't be afraid to try it, and certainly don't pay the dealer to do it!

They actually screw on. The front ones are extremely easy - just remove those black 'stone guard' things from the fender well and the splash guards screw right on.

See the link I posted. I believe the instructions also
applies to 01 models.
You can always check your 01 car to see if the holes
are there.
