Difference between US and Canadian AE

Do you guys know what's the difference between US and Canadian 2k1 AE's? I can only see that it doesn't have body kit on the Canadian ones and the tail pipe points straight out not downward. Does that mean that the Canadian AE's only have 222 hp?

The Canadian version has 227 HP. The only difference
I've been able to find is the body kit.

the body kit is the only difference. They have everything else.

oh and also..
everything is in KM not Miles, cost a few hundred to get switched I hear.
