I saw a ton of tricked out imports driving around Seattle. Some guy had the nerve to call me out in a 93-95 Civic with exhaust, intake, drop, and rims! Sad....case to bring to the max. I even caught a glance of a RSX with rims, exhaust, drop...and extras. Anyone else in WA????

yeah did you see all the skylines and the Garage SPL cars they were sweet
