What are some of the better to great synthetic fluids for s/ced maxs with the vb mod with plans for more. I'm talking about tranny fluid and engine oil. I want something I can buy without ording special. And somthing I can run everyday without ever having to do anything special.
also if I take them to nissan to put in when it comes time to change them will they do it? or will i have to take it to anther shop?

Engine: Mobil 1 Synthetic

 

Don't you usally have to order redline? I can't say Ive seen it many places around here. I thought mobile 1 would be the way to go thanks.

 

Yup, you usually order it online, but you might be lucky and find some at local shops. Check out the parts list for places to order from.

 

kewl thanks for your help...is there any alternitive to the redline tranny fluid cuz it's kind of a pain in the bum to wait for it ya know what i mean.
how about nissan putting them in when it's time to change um? you think they will or is that gonna not happen.

 

Bill likes Amsoil ATF, but you'll have to order those too.

I wouldn't count on Nissan putting them in your car. Unless you can watch them do it, don't believe they will. The best thing is to do it yourself (or have someone you know do it).

 

I don't have any way of disposing of it other than taking it to a dealer and saying here so modaswell just have um do it. I guess i'll have to figure somthing out. and order the redline and deal with it.
