I'll have a few MPEGs in a few days, but here is the set of pics from one camera: http://foozed.net/cam/081101

We only got one session in because it started to downpour... and didnt let up at all!!
Each group got one session in during the dry period.
The max was handling great, and taking quite a few cars in the long banked turns. Wish we had more track time.. oh well.. until the next event!

Two questions, two comments.

Comments:
1 - That's awesome Looks like you had a great time and the Max looks unbelievable

2 - The blonde babe is hot! and I like the leg shot...

Questions:
1 - Why so many pics of the Integra?

2 - Why all the green tape on lights and stuff?

Thats all, looks great...

Wah Wah Wah! Little bit o' rain! Come on! We run up there all the time in the rain! Did the track shut you guys down, or just didn't want to chance it? And did you guys rent the entire track? We usually just rent the north course, but looks like you guys had lots more track.

I'm definitely impressed with the competition you had. Looks like you had a great time! I was up there last weekend running - always a blast! Sorry guys, but running on a track just doesn't compete with a 1/4 mile for 14 or so seconds!

That looks like so much fun. I live not far from Dover Downs Monster Mile, I wish they would do something like that. Good pics BTW, and what kind of POS's are those yellow cars? J/k

few answers:

Whoops on the authentication thing. I fixed that last night.
The integra pics are for my friend Nick. He's the smartass who posts here from time to time [about the weight reducing stickers], but we run together. He's actually the guy who got me into doing 1/4 miles and running at the track events.
We run with a group called IMP-Auto. We rented the whole track out this time, and ran this course http://www.imp-auto.com/pda/pocono.gif .
It's a 2.5 mile long course. 2 months ago we ran the North course, and this one was SOOOOO much better. The RSB made a hell of a difference doing 110 in the banked turns. I didnt have it last time, and this was SOO much better. I couldnt push the Max any harder.. and it was doing great.
The tape on the lights is to prevent them shattering and going all over the place if something kicks up off the track and smashes into them. Most people there have their lights covered completely!

The tape is to hold the lenses together in case something breaks them. It's a safety rule for the track....

great pics bro. I wanted to make the trip up for the track day but I was at the PA State AutoX Championship this weekend and couldn't make both days.

Did you see a black 300ZX up there? A buddy of mine was going to go (I don't know if he backed out at the last minute because of the weather)

Hey, I am wondering what camera you were using to take these pics. I suppose you were using Flash Path from FujiFilm. What model is your camera?
