What are the gear ratios for the 4 speed automatic? I've looked everywhere for them but I can't find it. And the final drive too...

I've never seen the word "small" used to describe a gear ratio...

Do you mean long,short,tall...?

They are tall, or long, or sh!tty if you asked me.

I agree, and small was just the first word that came to mind. But those are incredibly tall gears. Our final isn't bad, but could be better and look at our 2nd, a 1.5? are you kidding me? Does anybody knwo the 5 spd ratios just so we can compare?

Don't forget that you can't really compare the numbers directly between an auto and a 5 speed. Torque converter slippage under acceleration in an auto allows 500 or 700 RPM more multiplication at heavy throttle and skews the effective ratio in the more desirable direction.

that's true, but i wouldn't mind a 5 spd auto with like a 3, 2, 1.5, 1, .7 and 3.8 final gears. motivate these 222 hp to much faster...
