you will have to send you VB out to Don in Texas for the recalibration. It will cost probably around $500 with shipping and all. A tranny cooler can be had for around $40 or so.... you can get them at pep-boys....

what does the VB Recalibration do? does it help in the process of changing gears? because i have a problem wth my 2nd gear. my first gear takes off great but once its goes into 2nd gear it looses a lot of power or something. what can i do to improve that?

the VB recalibration will make the shifts quicker.... it will not change the gear ratios or the gearss themselves in any way. For more info: www.mobiletek.net

Hey Kev, i am sure you have answered this 1m+ but what exactly is going with the tmc. is there a defect or just a upgrade. and if not an defect, why upgrade?

Yeah the VB is awesome. Tony C gave me a ride in his 99 soon after he got his. The shifts were really impressive. I'm eventually going to get this done. I'm waiting for my basic warranty to be up.
