How's about 44k miles on the 2000? It's not ALL her fault, but having a girlfriend that lives 2.5 hours away doesn't help mileage numbers!

It's no record, I'm sure there's a LOT higher number, but it's a start.

how about lowest

I think I set the record for lowest mileage...I bought my 2000 with 6000 miles on it, and still have only 7100.

I already have more than 22000ml on my 2k SE. I bought it new only last August. Why so many miles? Cause my drive to work was 106 miles every day (95% highway) = at least 530 miles a week = oil change every two month.
The only good thing about this kind of driving is that you get a chance to enjoy the car on the highway passing people on the right at 90++ ;) (before getting ticket ;(

Haha, I have the same problem as you. I have a 5.5 month old Maxima with 13.5 K miles on it because of similar circumstances.

I know we're in the 5th gen forum but I would like to just mention my dads good ol' car

1999 Nissan Maxima SE purchased in January of 2000 w/ 99,758 miles on the current odometer with no services what so ever except the rare oil change *last one about 5000 miles ago and definitely not synthetic* and a new clutch cause he burned it. I should make a pool on what day his car will just die on him...

He bought a 1 year old car with 100,000 miles on it? That's 8334 miles a month. That's insane, just shows how awesome maxima's are. Does anyone know what the highest mileage maxima is? Wonder if there is someone out there with a 81 maxima with 500,000 miles on it?

the Maxima was purchased in 2000, but at time of delivery had 18 miles on the car it was new not used, just that they were getting rid of the 4th gens while they just had gotten the new 5th gens.
