I am looking into getting a set of 18" rims that look like Konig Tantrums. This guy is offering chrome or silver, for the same price. I live in NJ, so for the winter I would probably take them off and put my stock rims back on. Do you think that chrome would look good on my car (for those kind of rims) or should I stick with the silver? Thanks!

it depends... are you going for the pimp look? or the ricer look? but i would pick the silver rims, maily because they are a lot easier to take care for.

Chrome is played out!!! Most people that get them think that it's a status symbol since they tend to cost more. Reality is not all cars look good with them. It's a matter fo personal taste and matching the wheel to the cars personality.

chrome=peeling/flaking over time. Depending on the climate.

I do but not scanned, and i can't figure out the new scanner. But they are the same exact wheel that turbo magizine used when they started there max building (if you ever saw that)before switching. On a side not they are really expensive for any size but worth every penny- i think. They take all hard bumps with ease and have never given or bent. They also complement the max real well.
