I guess the process of loosing your lock nut HAS FROZEN THE CONTROL OF THE VOLUME OF YOUR VOICE!
Generally all wheel lock companies make a special key that they sell to dealers and shops for this purpose. I am surprised that your dealer can't get a hold of one. When you bought the nuts you got a registration card with a serial number on it. This serial number is the code to making the key.
So you are left with 3 solutions: find the original key, order a replacement key from whomever or get the dealer to get a master key.
How do I know this... my car (demo) was delivered with no key and they tried to give me not one but two other keys saying 'yeah, yeah, yeah it's the right one'. Fortunately, I was a little wiser and checked them out before.
