I recently got a set of fake HID fog bulbs off ebay from Hyper Industries. The bulb wattage is 80W and the recommended for Max is 55W. Does anyone else use the higher watt fog bulbs on their Max? Or is this gonna be like the headlamp discussion?

 

Well I had 100watt Fogs installed in my 2K Max before I traded it in and got the 2K1. No problem here with burned wires or anything.

I have APC Super White bulbs in mine. I think the wattage is 80. I only turn them on when its foggy, and sometimes when I'm driving on the highway at night.
