hmmm....

No comment, his PROFILE says he hasn't posted since 8/24 and he hasn't even bothered to call Dave B. for help.

I call B.S.. Maybe he he couldn't do it in 5-minutes(ya right), as he claimed last Friday, so he gave up.

I guess I'll find out Saturday.

I talked to Dave B myself, they fit fine. He had them lined up with the whole but did not snap them fully in because he didn't want to fight to get them off again.

This guy is a wannabe trouble maker. lol

Hey guys- I'm kinda glad this post was made, it got me to double-check my work, and lo and behold, the center clip of course has a different part # for '02. I thought I had checked it from the very start, I apologize for not being more thorough. When I test-fit the lamp on my car, I got it all the way in except the last 1/4" before a rainstorm sent me scrambling to re-install the stock lamp (which fought back pretty hard too) At the time I thought a more concerted effort was all that would be needed. Now that we know the '02 clip is different, we just have to wait until Nissan's system makes them avaliable!

Hey Dave, does this mean that we are waiting for clips to be available? Or does it mean the we have to "manufacture" a way for the '02 to fit inside the '01 hole? I did not fully understand the

Tell them DaveB that I aint BS'ing. These "MORONS" here dont want to believe me. I had the same problem of it not fitting the last 1/4", but realized that the frame below the headlight assembly was being scratched by the 2k2headlight assembly because it was in the way.

So I had to hammer it to make it fit. Also got rid of the white clip in the meantime.

MORONS might want to give me SOME FREAGIN credit for at least getting it in.

RUSSMaxManiac, you aint nothing but a freagin BS'ing Texan, come to DC, and we will see.

So the clip keeps the housing from moving around and is in a different spot that where BJD removed the clip and "adjusted" the frame?
