The nissan website has a picture of a 2002 GLE with cool looking 17 inch wheels. Has anyone else seen these? Are there any better pictures out there?

I like the polished aluminum look. I assume they are the same size as the rest (17x7)???

They remind me of those new Passat rims. Nice.

Probably, they have 215/50-17 tires.

The GLE only comes with 17's. Wrong tire size though, thats 215/55-17.

Heres a pic from Nissan itself.

Nissan seems to be coming with very odd tire sizes lately, the 215/55-17 will be standard equipment on the Altima V6 and the Infiniti G35, according to Nissan this tire provide a good balance between ride and handling. The tire rack doesn't have any tire with these dimensions.

My two cents

I don't really like the styling of the new rims. I like the fact that it's 17" but there are two many spokes. I like the 00 and 01 5 spoke jobby...IMO it makes the car more sporty looking. And I like the old SE rims better too.

I like the machined finish and how it's wider now so it fills the wheel well better. My favorite is still the 2000-2001 SE 7 spokes..
