Well after getting told that my stock Potenza's are shot and I need to get new tires, I started looking around. Well much like everything else, everyone's got an opinion, so I figured I would get some from here. I'm running the 17's on my SE2K 5spd. I drive pretty aggressivly and love to take turns. Any ideas? Toyo's, Dunlap's, Kumho's, Pirelle's (sp is wrong !), or whatever. I'm looking to do a tire that's approx. $140/tire. Please Help !

$140/tire?

Bridgestone is the only one around that price on 17"
wheels from http://www.tirerack.com

Strangely enough, you can do cheaper if you go with
225/45/17 instead of the stock 225/50/17

Pirelli P600 for $140/tire.

There are very few choices for our stock rims but try the Michelin Pilot XGT Z4 - i heard good things about those but they are $183 apiece.
