2000 Max Auto Shift Problem

I had the TCM done last year, and the more I drive, the more the shift points get worse. The car "quick" shifts through all gears(3000rpm with hard acceleration), and absolutely refuses to moderately accelerate without
downshifting. At 40 mph it will not even allow a feather
touch to accelerate without downshifting. Is this relative
to the solenoid/tcm bulletin or what? Also, it seems if you coast to a stop that it really doesn't downshift all the way, and when you accelarate to flow with traffic it downshifts real hard again. Any thing to do with the throttle postioner?

Umd: I don't know if it was at idle. They appeared to be
feeding me a line of bs anyway. I'd sure would like to know what it should read and if there is a bias in setting higher or lower. I still think it is a combination of the wrong TCM, bad solenoids and incorrect TPS setting. All the dealers I go to are complete idiots. Called one service manager today and he said they would charge me to adjust the TPS as it is considered a service adjustment out of warranty after 12,000 or one year. I've had the car 1 year 5 days. Blows me awaay that they won't do the new TCM mod and solenoids with the TPS adjust. Worse part may be that the trans is just bad. Any advice?
P.S.: every dealer denies knowledge of the service bulletin and says I am the first and only complainer?!!!
