i was just wondering what jacking point everyone jacks the car up with, with an aftermarket jack? i'm asking this because i have a 2-ton load hydraulic and when i use the stock jacking points the points don't hold good because of the shape of the jack top. i don't know if this makes sense to anyone else.

the actual spots on the car fold under the weight of the car using the hydraulic.

To jack up the entire front, look for the cross-member down the center under the engine. You can jack it up using the center of that. The rear can be jacked up using the center of the rear beam. Use wood or something so that jack makes a flat contact between the beam. As for the sides, just in front of the rear wheels just inside the notches for the factory jack, there is a cup-like shaped area with a hole. You can use that. For the front, look for a flat spot just behind the wheel well inside the side sills.
