would a 2002 5 spd max beat the new 2000 mustang gt's- 0-60mph and 60 +?

It will probably beat a 2000 GT auto convertible but a 5spd hardtop should still be a few cliks quicker then a 02 maxima. Nothing a few mods won't fix

this one is a 5 spd convertible, would it really matter though if its a hard top or cloth? or just because one is rear wheel drive and one is front
do you know how much horse power the mustang has? is it 260?

i think they are all rear-wheel drive... the difference is that the convertible is like 300+ lbs heavier... i heard something like for every 100lbs u lose .1 on the 1/4 mi.
