are groundcontrol coilovers any good and are weapon-r intake any good??
The installation is pretty simple.
Take off your stock spring/strut setup ( http://www.performanceix.com ), slide 2 rubber O-rings around the stock strut assembly, slip the GC sleeves on, then reinstall the setup.

I never knew Weapon R made coilovers for 5th gens.
The GC's are bouncy. Also if you plan on doing a big drop, you will bottom out a lot. I am now regretting that i ever bought the GC's. The handling & look is great though.

intakes are pretty much the same as long as the application is for the same car...
thing is that the stock intake on many cars are restrictive, yet some stock intake is better than any other aftermarket system..
for example, on Honda Preludes(the newer body 98-01), the stock intake is so well designed that if you removed your stock ones and installed aftermarket ones, you can lose power instead of gain it..

Didn't take us too long. We didn't use a spring compressor because the Eibach springs (not GC Eibach springs) weren't going back on the car anyway.

I can't picture why we don't need a spring compressor b/c we're using the GC Eibach springs ...
