I just ordered my second set of panasonic hids, got them for 329 plus shipping and they are brand new. They are coming from canada though so are taking for ever on ups. Should have em within the week though.

I have samples of everything, the Ichikohs emit a very nice blue color w/o projectors. Its like a LED. Its a sick color. The Panasonics are there for economical HIDs, the Bellof, Ichikoh, and Raybrig are truly "Premium" lighting options. The Ichikoh is the most compact HID system I've ever seen. The ballast and starter as easy to conceal.
The Raybrigs are beautiful, I love playing with the Hi-Lo system, listen carefully for the servo. LoL

doya have the pics online i can check out?

yeah.. i saw the specs on the raybrigs... so it does have high and low beams? if so... NEAT!

OSRAM is cheaper, so thats why I'm saying its a bit more within the price range of most people looking for HIDs.

Hogan,

What HID kit would be good for the FOG lamps?

I want to match some 2K2 compatible bulbs to some kind of HID fog lamps.

Take out the fog lamp, take everything apart, there should be a screw to hold the bulb clip in the housing. Remove that.
Take any H4 HID kit, and shave the three prongs that support the bulb, and if you notice the inside of the housing is round...match it up, and when its tight...its should fit snugly. becareful of the HID burner as the ceramic resistor, it will crack, I destroted 3 HID burners on one side alone.
As you push the burner into the housing, there will be a point it will stop on the mount where you took out the screw when you first opened the housing. Now Silicone it. and double check it to make sure its properly placed. Take the fog light back cover, and saw it, so you are left w/ locking ring. Wrap balloon around back piece after silicone has dried, cut middle of the ballon, and wrap around the plug for the HID burner, now lock it up, and installation was a pain, but mount the ballast and starter above the fog light, there is a support for the bumper, and I used double sided tape to mount it up.
Total Time: 4 hours.

Raybrig, and Ichikoh announce a H3C HID Kit.
Price: $695+shipping.(I have a set in my 2002 Pathfinder fog lamp housing.)
I think I follow most of what your saying, but a picture or two would be GREAT.

Do you recommend ANY H4 kits that are similar in COLOR to the 2K2s?

Thanks!

Adam.......can you please post a pic of your car with the new HID's when you get them installed? I'm thinking of buying some for my car as well but do not want to pay the $1200 or so that Courtesty Nissan is quoting. Sounds like you got them for a good deal. Thanks.

Hi Adam,
Can you tell me where you ordered your panasonic HIDs? I'm interested in getting one for myself. That price is really attractive.
