It's a toss up between these Katana 18" M5 wanna be's or I'm gonna have to dish out real bucks and buy real Racing hart 19" M5's. Don't know what to do because the Katana's are well over half the price. Credit to mdeal because I borrowed his pic.

Man they look gorgeous to me, only you need to tint your windows, maybe lower your car too for overall good look. It may not look as good when you have nice rims on a plain stock car.

a wierd question...if I put in 18 or even 19 inchers...and then lower it, do I run the risk of scrapping the tire on the fender when I turn?

As long as you get the proper offset and not too wide a tire you will be fine. I need people to buy these with me!

Yeah I know. Wanna re do it for me? I don't quite know how to get the proportions correct to make these 18's. Here are the pics.

Yeah, those M5 style wheels are sweet. How much do those Katana's cost anyway?

They would run about $1300-1500 if you went out on your own an bought them. If you get them through me figure around a $1000 for 18's with rubber.

cobymoby: Thanks for the price. But, too bad they don't go wider than 7.5". I'm looking for wheels that are either 17x8 or 18x8. Why don't they make more of those sizes? It's either 7" or 7.5" wide.

JKiMaxAC: Yes, the RH-M5's come in 18s. But I don't believe the katana's are 3-piece rims. RH's come in 1 piece or 3 piece.

Just my $.02

The Katana's only go up to 18's but I really want 19's. Racing Hart has them in 17, 18, 19. If I want to go up to 19's I have to go with RH and spend mega bucks.

But for a Max I wouldn't want to go for anything wider because of the ride quality. Narrow tires suck for performance but ride a lot better. Let's face it, Maxima's are land yatchs.

These are 19's by RH. The Katana's that I'm selling are 18's and look identical.

I could probably ship them for around 70-100 depending on where you are.
