My max is now FIXED!

I just got done fixing the mount. Took me about 2-3 hours to replace. Wish I had air tools!! Hehehe. Anyways, the orginal mount is completely SHOT. The center metal piece where the bolt goes through was ripped off the rubber that held it. Also all that fluid was coming out of it. I put in the new mount after purchasing one locally at a dealer for $75 bucks. Installed, and drove the car a good 50 miles since then. And let me tell you, the car has never shifted so smooth, with engagement, changing gears, etc. I never could get it to go smoothly for the longest time. I think that mount gave out a long time ago, but it fully went at the track yesterday. Anyways, its fixed, and I love how the car is sooo smooth now on taking off, changing gears, no more bucking or engine movement...

Anyways, like Loren said, it wasn't me that broke the mount, Nissans are known for weak mounts, and it just so happens that I broke mine while at the strip.

RussMax, could you have gotten the mount replaced under warranty?
