Help......fast..... those who have 02 tails..

How do you unclip the light? Do you have to put your finger on the inside of the clip and press a release button and pull or just pull?

all you have to do is take off the back carpet to expose the light. once thats done all you need is an 8mm socket to take off the 3 nuts that hold the light on. now take a flathead screwdriver and remove the electical plug. Push slowly on the back -- yes its hard, but keep pushing. Now just pull straight out ... clean up excess sealant, and then your ready to install the new light.

If you are talking about the electical switch ... I used a flathead screwdriver to press down on the clip and then pry the clips from each other. That is the only way I can get them apart.

sticky and hard

when i was installing my 2k2 lights.. whew, i had to pull pretty damn hard to get the entire light off. plus that sealer is sticky as hell!!!

I was afraid that I was going to break something! I used even pressure.

Check out my sig for installation instructions. I'll had the part about unconnecting the wire. I thought that part was self explanatory though.
