since im poor and can't afford davidL red clears (when they even pop up)
nor do i like the CE tails.. i wanna just red my amber out
read on vqpower you can red them out using vinyl tape..
says use 8300 High performance.. even gives a link to the site to purchase. BUT when clicked the main site loads and only thing i can find on there similar is 8500 high performance and 8300 regular..
anyone know the dif's between them or where i can purchase the 8300 high performance directly?
even if oracal did have what i needed.. i see no way to purchase it

You could spray them with Testors Candy Apple Red transparent.
but just so i know.. would i paint the outside of the lights or would i have to take them apart?

You have to put them in the oven (i dont know what temp, or how long) and heat them up. Then seperate the lens from the housing and paint the inside of the lens. From there I dont know. Hopefully I helped you a little bit. I never planned on cooking my car, so I dont know much about this.
