Koni for 5th gens

Okay, will this work. Instead of cutting out the shock body on our front shocks to put the Koni inside of the body, why not use 4th gen strut components? It should not be too expensive because wrecked 4th gens should be pretty abundant at wrecking yards.

actually, I think the 4th gen strut housing and upper strut mounts may work out just fine.... there isn't much difference at all between 5th gen and 4th gen suspension setup.
