My brother has a 95se M/T and refuses to race me. What do you guys think of this?

When I first got my car he blew past me on the highway.. Now mind you I didn't know how to drive a stick whatsoever.. Didnt know that you had to rev out gears.. basically didnt know about anything.. nor could I time a shift right without bogging out.. I sucked.. well I can drive now and he continues to say he's the champ.. THOUGH refuses to race me... Everyone call him a queer cause it will really **** him off.. hes a 30 year old in a 7 1/2 year old state of mind...
