Spark plugs?

How often do you guys change spark plugs. I push my car pretty hard and late;y its been feeling slugish. These plugs have about 17k on them!

I think it really depends, have you inspected your plugs? Mine were still okay at 100k but replaced them anyway.

Just visually. They seemed fine. Is there any other way to test them. Maybe with a DMM?!
