Naw dogg ... they are not just NEONS ... they are actually TWIN "JUMPY LIGHTS"
So it comes with everything ... all I did was EXTEND the wiring ... and its can be set at "FULL ON" or "MUSIC"

where did you tap the wire into?

Didn't need to ... it has a Power Plug that goes into the 12V Socket we have on the back of the Arm Rest, in between Driver and Front Passenger.
