Replacing axles (CV issue)...what else to do

I am planning on replacing my front axels as my CVs are clicking and the boots are completely torn (if the noise is something else, i still have to replace the joints). I was wondering what else to do? Replace bushings, etc. What else is in line with this job that will help me tighten up my suspension.

thanks,

g

what am I looking at for cost? (LCA bushings, links, tie rods, how are your struts).
Struts are good. Why would I replace a tie rod? Isn't it steel?

there is a ball socket in the tie rod wich over time wears out and clunks and in a worse case scennerio it will seperate and you will lose the ability to steer.
