Need suggestions

I went to the Nisson dealer today. They checked my car totally and changed engine & tranny oil.

They also told me that I had to change my front brakes b/c the previous owner didn't change the right brakes, and it'll cost me $182.
The leaking of my tranny was b/c the cooler line leaks, and it'll cost me $78.
They told me that I needed a power steering flush b/c the power steering fluid burnt? It'll cost $62.
Engine coolant flush for $70.
And replace the radiator cap b/s it's a after market.

So...guys....I need suggestions mostly about my brakes. PLZ...help me...

I have a mechanic who I usually take my car to. I trust him and I know he does all the work honestly. Do you know anyone you can take the car to in order to verify the dealer's suggestions? It's always good to have someone you know look at the car.

Nissan OEM, the rotors they use are fine, but expensive through the dealer.

The pads are garbage and ruin rotors giving the pulsating you have now.

Do the brakes yourself. You and a buddy could finish the front brakes in no time; it'd make a good afternoon project.
