E-Brake Noise

When I put my e-brake on on a hill, I can hear kind of a loud groaning noise when theres any change of weight in the vehicle (like when my passengers or I get out of the car or back in). It sounds as if something needs to be lubricated or something. I had the same issue on my old pontiac but I didn't care cause it was a piece of crap anyway.. lol.. Does anybdy know if lubrication would correct that issue? and if so where should I lubricate?

I think it's just the pads on the disk. The wheel rotates slightly (or tries to rotate) when the suspension is compressed or decompressed with a weight change. Sometimes this is noticeable when you jack up/drop down the back end when you're working on the car. If the parking brake is operating normally otherwise, there is nothing to lube.
