I need to find somewhere I can get the pulley to replace the plastic one that came with the kit. Does anyone have a legitimate hook up for this part?? Thanks!

Seek out a one y2Kevse. He may be able to sell you one of his older ones. He has dropped his pulley size a couple of times.

A machine shop should be able to make an aluminum pulley for you. Get some made and sell them to SC owners on the board. Many would be interested in such a pulley.

I think you're talking about the SC pulley... it is not the same as the tensioner pulley (the one he's talking about). The tensioner pulley is the one that melts.
